I'd be happy to donate a similar config - dual P3 500's, 512MB (or after
this weekend, two boxes,).

Adaptec 2940Us come with (one per box), all the disk carriers (and
perhaps four high runtime scsi disks if you wish).  There are 2 headers
for pata on the mboard (one is for the CD drive) but the bios did see a
sata controller I had in there once upon a time as opposed to some other
IBM (mostly laptop) bioses I've run across.
