I have not had any serious problems with SuSE. In SuSE 6.0, 6.1, and
6.2, the networking scripts were broken when you had 1 nic as a dhclient
NIC. There were fixed in 6.2, but there was another minor bug. The minor
bug was fixed in SuSE 6.3. I had at one time had a problem with
Mediaone and dhclient.
Actually, the problems I have seen with Red Hat 6.1 were more serioous
than any I have had with SuSE. I have RH 6.1 running on my alpha. We
should be putting SuSE 6.3 up here in the test driver center. I'll see if the
problem exists here.
