Well, I'll ask our trusted desktop guys today first, to see if they think it's even an issue--maybe the context is sufficiently different that they'll be fine with it the way it is. If it's an issue for them, the best I can think of right now is maybe to couch it in terms of "safety" instead of "trustworthiness", e.g. something like: Unsafe application launcher The creator of "%s" did not mark it as safe to launch. Before continuing, you are advised to check that the launcher came from a reputable source.
