Thanks for the answer, It looks like the value of having an online translation platform is underestimated. It would attract more contributors and ease the translation process for existing ones (and myself). Where to apply with such idea? Open a bug report on BugZilla? There is nothing to invent here, Weblate is good choice, based on adoption in LibreOffice. I've skimmed through the board of directors candidates proposals and no one suggested it. Best regards,
