Now only login users can edit pages, to avoid spam.

Hi, I am working on a new site for the GNU Arch Wiki. The contents are being moved. For now please no longer edit any pages on the wiki because these changes will not be kept.
I will announce the new wiki when it is ready. The wiki.gnuarch. org domain will migrate to the new site too but that may take some time to become active after the new site is up.
