I'm talking about "copy and distribute" of compilations (collective
works) as a whole, including components, which means unmodified copying
of the components you retard. A "statically linked" aggregate is a
compilation (collective work) or uncopyrightable aggregation, depending
on the level of creativity involved in selection of components. Got it
