A "simple" transaction does not reqire use of the Split mechanism, a complex one does.
Okay. Good, I like that definition. Now, the only problem is that I don't like the word "complex" because it implies difficulty.
Simple Transaction Split Transaction
...there, the number of accounts is gone because you could have a 2 account transaction that uses the split mechanism, and you can have a split transaction that does not involve 3 different accounts.
