There are considerable report improvements in 4.x and hands down, the search-as-you-type feature when entering accounts in a transaction is by far, the greatest productivity and user friendly feature I've seen in any desktop software in years. It is super fast, and narrows down your choices very quickly. No more typing through the account hierarchy with separators to assign that account which is 8 levels deep. (but you still can if you want to)

Once you use it, you won't know how you managed without it.

Regards,
Adrien
