I have uninstalled and reinstalled and get exactly the same error message. Microsoft couldn’t figure out and they have escalated up the chain. I should get a call from them again tomorrow morning. I will educate myself on the links I was sent by David previously regarding gnu files.
I’ve had 2 separate IT people in my system making sure all is well, so doesn’t seem to be a problem with my computer.
