I could only see something in one of the images you attached, but it looks
like a problem that I had to deal with some time back. I am sure you will
find the solution if you search the list.

I think the fix is:
- Make sure you know where your *.gnucash data file is and make a backup
somewhere else just in case.
- Uninstall GnuCash
- Delete the installation folder, usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\gnucash"
- Reinstall GnuCash v5.17
- Open GnuCash and navigate to your data file and open that.
