It is a DOS application, not a Win32 one. It understands
native paths, such as c:\bin (remember to type: c:\\bin,
since bash uses \ as escape character), but also native paths
with forward slashes (c:/bin). When you have installed DJGPP
properly, then bash also understands the DJGPP 
type of posix path (/dev/c/bin).
