For those interested, note that the last date has been extended to July 17. This includes the grant for books published in 2025. Should have been released during 2025. The author/publisher need to be "Goans" (having spent ten years of their "creative life" in Goa), among other requirements. Personally, I think the terms are quite restrictive. Earlier, they would give a (smaller, but more helpful) grant to those with a manuscript, waiting to be published... FN
