Why does the Indian Government press releases try to dupe its citizens. Joel in his news clippings tells us the Indian Government figures for the dead in the 2-plane navy Illuyshin planes has mounted to 17 many days after the mishap. Do they keep logs to determins the number of personnel that the two planes contained. This figure minus the number of survivors and injured gives the figure for the navy personnel who have perished. Why does this take so long to give out figures? Is this meant to diminish the chagrin of the next of kin? Edgar Martins P.S.
