Dears,
Fatima Gracias does not help in locating in which publication her paper
features,nor where one can access it.
I wonder why Nirmala thinks that Goanet is elitist.In fact it is difficult
to define who comprises the elite.The snobs? the rich (how rich is rich)?
People who own a computer and modem?
