I am puzzled by the above assertion. I did not ask for any repetition of the findings in the book. I simply asked what authentic, expert sources the book uses for those findings, considering that the book is claiming that WMDs were found in Iraq but the media did not report that fact, or engaged in disinformation. Fortunately, I have the book with me now, and I can look for those answers on the one and only page that is devoted to the so-called "WMDs" or "deadly weapons" cited in this forum by Mario. The story I will tell you in my next post about this is really funny, and extremely ironic. What's more! Mario is right. Repetition is indeed involved, after all. But it is in the book itself, and it is very relevant to a mailing list such as Goanet, because it is of the all too familiar cut and paste kind, with strategically placed truncations. And that is not all. Wait till you find out the identity of the sources of authentic information marshalled to expose the disinformation spread by the "liberal" media. > >I also notice that Santosh refuses to explain to us why Saddam >Hussein was unable to show the UN inspectors over 12 long years, >that he had no WMDs, even at the expense of stringent UN >economic sanctions, finally losing his cushy dictatorship as a >result. > Sorry for not attempting to provide an explanation for this in my last post. Perhaps, it is just me, but I really think why the criminal mind of a murderous dictator decides to engage in a certain behavior, is a separate question. I will deal with it in a separate post. However, you might find the answers you are seeking in the following book: "The Psychological Assessment of Political Leaders : With Profiles of Saddam Hussein and Bill Clinton", edited by Jerrold Post, published by the University of Michigan Press. It is a well-researched book edited by a highly respected psychiatrist, and written by several mental health experts. Please read the chapters on Saddam Hussein. Cheers, Santosh
