Thanks for your note - I am sorry if you are related to Ryan Pinto or any of 
the murderers on death row in Goa.

The Death Penalty by public execution of murderers has proven to be an 
effective deterrent in the middle east (esp Saudi Arabia  with less than 0.4 
murders per 100000 heads of population) - India has 10 times more at 4 per 
100000 heads of population) and the US has its lowest murder rate thus far 
(thanks to President George W Bush and his unwavering support for the death 
penalty).
