Hi Gabe and George For purposes of clarification, three return trips, making six crossings across the Indian Ocean i.e. to and fro would require at best 15 years! I wish I could have continued to 30 but free second class travel tickets to my dad were only available until I was 18 from what I can recall. I used the free tickets extensively including train tours round East Africa several times, and two trips by ship round Lake Victoria. In time, I chose to get around under my own steam by car.
