Dear Cornel,
2 points were clearly highlighted in my communicationl i.e. not only (1)
Encourage Goans to stay in Goa by providing opportunities but also (2)
Encourage Overseas Goans to return by making Goa conducive with Employment,
Welfare Benefits.
I am an NRI as you would appreciate the reasons in which case point (2)
above applies.
