What I am opposed to is rich migrant builders and rich migrant miners bringing in poor migrants workers to ILLEGALLY mine in Goa or ILLEGALLY build mega-projects which are marketed to foreign nationals and non-Goans. Hardly a controversial view unless one does not support the rule of law. Mario asks: Hey, George, a) What RULE OF LAW are you referring to if MIGRANT builders and MIGRANT miners can come from outside Goa and ILLEGALLY build and ILLEGALLY mine in Goa? b) Would these buildings and mines be LEGAL and ACCEPTABLE if they were marketed only to Goans? c) Do you have any evidence of ILLEGALITY? JUST ASKING.
