RESPONSE: So, in effect, Frederick Noronha says that he knows 'tens of thousands Goans "breaking the law" every which way' BUT as a journalist ...has either done something about it ....or just had a cup of tea and done nothing about it. Perhaps, my "examples" were did not choose apt comparisons. Would Mr. Noronha please give 'examples' with apt comparisons? jc
