Maple syrup's muted sweetness works well enough with our desserts. It
also makes for a nice fish marinade, blended with mustard and

I ate many delectable god sandwiches when I was in Goa a couple of weeks back.
They are called patollyo in Konknni. They are wrapped in turmeric leaves. The
outer covering is rice based. Inside there is god dressed with shredded coconut
