Since this thread is ostensibly about winemaking, and has been derailed by the adherents and opponents of various isms (kosehrism, halalism, urineism), I suspect that FN threw in the word "Goanese" to start another controversy and further delay respondents from supplying the knowledge about wineism that he is so suspensefully seeking.:))) Victor
