I don't agree here. The names under /System/Index should be consistent
with the ones under /Programs/App/Version.

If we should use long names, then it should be
/Programs/App/Version/Executables also, but that makes it harder to fit
with existing software tarballs...

Anyhow, I think the important selling point with gobo is the clever
filesystem-is-package-manager layout, not the long names under
/System/Links. =)
