I had the same issue in other threads. The new OutputSetting class is not in production and causing class not found.
Google says some instances are still in 1.3.7 and some are in 1.3.8, which I verified because my test app is still in 1.3.7 and production is 1.3.8. You can tell what version you are on by extracting the SystemProperty.version object. It's pretty annoying since there's no easy way to tell what version the app is in, and Google never tell us that some apps will be left in old versions for testing, nor when those apps will be pushed to new version.
