Hi,

You might have a look at Gaelyk 1.1, which is quite lightweight:
http://gaelyk.appspot.com/

In dev mode, you can make changes and just refresh your browser, it's got a
simple MVC approach, and lots of shortcuts and syntax sugar to make the GAE
SDK APIs easier to use.
