Again I recall Guido in his video saying he was aware of the file size
problem, because they wanted to allow youtube clips to be included,
but he said the heartburn was how to prevent someone from uploading
tremendous amounts and clogging the system. But, in the Flickr talk,
another guy said they upload 37,000 photos per second...
