Google App Engine uses google apps for hosting your app. it does not let you host subdomains. What you can do is try to register mydomain.cocacola.com as a google app for your domain. i just tried it and it works fine. you can register subdomains under domains that are already signed up with google apps.
Then do the standard procedure. maybe that will work?
