Thanks Johan, I see your billing scheme, and I can sort of understand what the different terms mean, but it is difficult to wrap my brain around what the costs actually end up being in a real website. It would be helpful to get some examples of what other people have actually paid, and what kind of usage they have. I just need to make some rough estimates, so any examples will do.
