Thank you Jon. It makes much more sense now. Another question: If an instance starts - active for 1 seconds Then idle for 5 and again active for 1 second And again 1 second active every 5 minuets of idle (basically 1 request (which takes 1 second) every 5 minuets) So it is a total of 288 active seconds a day. Is that charged as 15 min start up fee + 288 seconds, or as 24 hours of instance time?
In my understanding, in the old model it's the former and in the new model it's the latter.
