What chaps my hide is the unannounced CHANGE in the behavior (for my app). I have been running for months with a single instance and no problems.
Then, it breaks. No warning. No feedback. No drinks. No dinner. Nada. I have stayed out of the discussion because all was well. Oh, and, Takashi, don't bother this time.
