PLEASE HELP!!! I would like to know how to change my *new* admin user name which now has my domain alias, <[email protected]> back to the * original* admin user name so I can have access to my original admin account.
I created a domain alias for juancarloszayas.com which is elearnernetwork.org. When I re-named my admin user name, <[email protected]> it gave me a conflicting user account and forced me to create a *new* user account, locked me out of the Control panel and is forcing me to use the *new* admin user name @elearnernetwork.org<[email protected]>as the admin user account but it has no access to the control panel. I have tried to reset my password for the *original* admin user name @juancarloszayas.com <[email protected]> but it will just send me information on how to reset the password for the *new* admin user [email protected]. .. which is of course, absolutely of no help... Could you please help us??? I have been a cheerleader(pardon the mental image) for Google Apps at Chicago Public Schools for years. I have been with Google Apps since the beginning... I was granted 500 accounts for free... which I use with my students to disseminate information, collect homework, etc. They get so excited, being elementary students, they feel like grown ups using Google docs and sharing content. I have not slept since last night trying to figure all this out...
