Thanks for your response Gunjan Sharma: Yes I have. As you can see from the attachment I get access to the *new*[email protected] but not to the administrator control panel. It actually informs me that "Your IT administrator is managing user accounts." The problem is I am the IT administrator but I do not have access to the control panel. I am praying to the Google Gods for help. Parents are starting to ask why their kids can not do group homework activities together and getting angry... PLEASE HELP US!!!
