Great minds!!! I actually contacted Gabe Gross at RealBird last week and learned he's quite a veteran in real estate technology. I asked Gabe this very same question regarding section 1.5. He was confident there was no issue with how RealBird was presenting listings from Google Base. Gabe had a very professional work ethic and genuine interest in being compliant. He assured me he would review this more closely with his contacts at Google and get back to me.
