on the surface there seems to be some policy issues;
but that may be difficult to verify without having
access to at least some working examples.

that said, google-base is the final arbiter of such issues;
and they tend not to discuss private individual accounts or
sites with respect to policy issues.

if you believe they are in violation reporting them
to google-base is usually the only feedback channel;
regardless, google-base will usually not report their
status back to you or publicly as far as i know.

i would not take their example as something to emulate
if you do believe they're in violation; google-base may
simply take action against both sites.

in what way did realbird express that there were no issues?
