Alain, Sorry to bother you again but is there any update on this issue. Have you isolated the problem? Do you have any suggested work arounds? Do you know when the issue might be resolved? While you hunt down the issue we continue to have users reporting this issue and getting frustrated and looking to us for a resolution. Right now we are looking to you (Google) to help resolve this issue or atleast point us in the right direction on any suggested work arounds. I understand you may be busy but this is a pretty critical issue.
