Alain, I understand you are working on this issue but some additional status would be great. Otherwise, what do you recommend we tell out customers who have been seeing this issue for the past few weeks and are getting more and more frustrated? I would even be open to a work around if you could suggest something. We also received the following notice from one of our customers .... "I currently have 18 calendars, and at some point during the sync one of them will fail about 97% of the time, estimated." The customer that sent this notice told us we could forward his account information to you. However, I don't want to post his account information on this forum.
