Yes, Maybe I was too hasty here, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to add
the link automatically to search indexes right a way...
it is about openness anyways.
I guess there's always a chance someone DOES find the project and
links to it, so maybe that's the case with you, who knows.
link:<my site URL> shows still no results ;)

Well, anyways, I finally find a good place to list my tool and it
seemed to help immediately with google searches, I put a link to a
freshmeat site: 
http://freshmeat.net/projects/clicco-command-line-interface-command-constructor

I also found a way to input my project to searh engines without
confirming I own the page, these methods however seemed to not help,
or perhaps I was too hasty here too :p
Well they DID state it was not guaranteed the page will come
searchable via them.
I guess the best way is always to have your site linked.
