Thanks to Mark, I found that this Gagdet API feature is part of Shindig which project is hosted here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG
I was able to find out that there were recent commits regarding Dynamic Height. I am trying to find out more... But this is a great place for those who want to look more into the API core elements.
