iirc, the picasa 3.0.. made for linux, installs in /opt/google/..., or
there-a-bouts. How did you do the un-installing/"Complete Removal"? And
normally program un-installs do not remove data files which you may find
below /opt/google/... and/or ~/.wine/drive_c/Google/ and
~/.wine/drive_c/Public/Desktop and
~/.wine/drive_c/users/Public/Start Menu/Programs/Picasa 3 and
several places below ~/.wine/drive_c/users/{yer log on}
see if that helps...
