"You folks"? When something important breaks, I think most of us try to fix it. Should we just wait until god blesses us? As soon as the problem was mentioned, it would have been nice if Google had made some sort of announcement -- "We have a problem, we're working on it, hang in there." "Temporarily unavailable" does NOT mean days or weeks, it means minutes or hours.

One of the reasons I hate Charter is that they expect you to do a machine diagnostic before they tell you 15 minutes later that the net is out in your area. You can cut down the time, but it's NOT the first thing on the menu.
