Wow, this is beautiful, thank you so much for the link. Also thank you for everything else on your site, it'll make for a day of reading.
Now, am I correct in assuming that once I have the list of points in the "directions polyline", the route can be re-created without issue? You're right, I don't care much about the roads, except as A) reference points and B) the fiber runs along the streets. I just didn't want for users (or myself) having to trace out 12 miles of a curvy road in order to show a fiber route. Next up, is wireless, which is actaully pretty easy. I have a V2 solution that I just need to convert to V3 (which will be a pain since code/style/presentation are all jumbled up). Hopefully, I'll find a way to use the elevation service to allow users to see if they have LOS to an access point, which would be SO cool. Combined with a real-time monitoring system such as Nagios<http://www.nagios.org/>, and I'm hoping to have a very pretty site for employees, contractors, vendors, providers, and customers to enjoy! Sounds like fun, doesn't it? Again, thank you very much for the link, it helps a lot. -Troy -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps JavaScript API v3" group.
