Hmmm: I'm a business subscriber, and I've not found any method to get support from Google :(
To the question at hand: In an API, if I hit an error, the code is setup to reconnect to Google and take-up where it left off. Interactively in a browser: I've found Safari and Google Spreadsheets to be totally incompatible... with some spreadsheets putting Safari into a recursive crash. The solution is to use Chrome and not Safari.
