Robust (cross-browser) check for a specific keycode?

Hi,

Can I reliably (cross-browser) check for a specific keycode using the 
following code:

public void onKeyDown(Widget sender, char keyCode, int modifiers) {
     if ( 191 == (int)keyCode) { // question mark
         Window.alert("help");
      }
}
