As noted in the release notes, "The -portHosted Development Mode flag has been renamed to -codeServerPort"; and as also noted (well, a bit implicit I concede), you need to update your Eclipse plug-in by unzipping the RC2 version (just as you did with the RC1) as there's no update site for them.
