I've been using SmartGWT now with GWT for a few versions and it works over all really well considering how relatively new it is.
I previously used gwtext and SmartGWT has a lot more capability. If you're after a very professional look without having to accomplish all the CSS on your own SmartGWT is a much better solution than others I've found. As with any software you will find some bugs but like I said for the most part it works really well.
