ACCESS is a plastic card that requires  a computer AND a reader.

EDG is a credit card sized device with a 2" screen on it where EHR  
records can be
viewed ON THE SCREEN without the need of a computer or reader.
- All records password protected, HIPAA compliant and encrypted.
