Hi Dan,

I don't know if this is true for UW (or other sites), but the below isn't
enough information for us to decide who to send. Most of the items on the list
are due prior to the date of Hackathon 2.

If the focus is on studies, data sharing, big picture implementation, etc.,
then I would need to attend.
If the focus is on data, available MCRF sources, alignment, etc., then our data
analyst would need to attend.
If the focus is on working with data, scripts that pull from the i2b2 schema,
etc., then our infrastructure programmer would need to attend.

There isn't budget to send everyone, as the face-to-face meetings were not in
our proposal. Do we have the possibility of teleconferencing for part or all of
the day?

Thanks,
Laurel

Does
KeyGoalTracking<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/KeyGoalTracking>
provide sufficient agenda material to justify travel for you, Tom, or anyone
else?

When I think about agenda for
HackathonTwo<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/HackathonTwo>,
I keep coming back to that stuff. I expect the topics to evolve a bit by
January, and I expect to assign specific topics to specific times by about T-2
weeks, but I wonder if the above suffices for now?

1) What Hackathon 2 needs most is agenda items. Let's discuss those in
this conversation thread and update this page with the results:
