- CDM impact is when starts monitoring via CDM. RW estimates Dec.
- meanwhile, emphasis is on governance...

1. governance; e.g. PCORI to execute GPC External Collaborator Agreement
(cf. GovernanceMaterials)
- then we can do prep-to-research (= #263)
2. study ID management w/REDCap. (''owner: BA'')
3. monitoring design issue; see path A and B in whiteboard diagrams:
a. via CDM only? or
b. data shipping?
4. how much signal do we want back from Health eHeart to sites to
integrate into their EMR?
5. cf slide 19, 20: how to do linkage to CMS, health plans? (re-purpose
