I have attached the base phenotype(draft) for ADAPTABLE and the feedback
template that Shelley Rusincovitch(shelley.rusincovi...@duke.edu) shared
last week. Also, here is a copy of her email message.

Dear ADAPTABLE Colleagues,
We’re pleased to distribute the attached draft of the ADAPTABLE base
phenotype for your review, and we welcome your comments and feedback.
Using the same process as for the versions of the Common Data Model
development, all comments will be reviewed, tagged, and collated.
Given the anticipated quantity of feedback, we request that each CDRN
compile all feedback and include in the attached spreadsheet (1
spreadsheet per network). Please submit all feedback by COB on Friday,
November 20 to me at shelley.rusincovi...@duke.edu.
We appreciate your participation in the ADAPTABLE data strategy meetings,
which has been very valuable in this development process. The slides,
notes, and recording from these sessions are available on PCORNet Central
Desktop.
