Few of my notes:
- Coordinating Center wants inclusive data, with the understanding to
filter at the time of submitting a query.
- There's a need to define "Enrollment" at the Coordinating Center level.
- A large number of Encounters at UNMC were flagged "Other" (canceled
appts, lab draws, scheduling events, backfilling data, etc.). May add
logic for the CDM to exclude encounters that are not face-to-face. (Russ
may still want to keep these for GPC i2b2 data).
- Jim asked for a copy of the SQL that Hubert ran; should be on Central
Desktop (Hubert modified it to run on Unix)
- Russ asked how PCORnet will address source control; files on Central
Desktop isn't ideal.
- Russ asked for timelines/gantt charts
- Restructuring has shifted some responsibilities from Harvard-Pilgrim to
Duke. James Topping from Duke will be working as DRN OC liaison. Jessica
Sturtevant is still involved.
